This workshop can be delivered in-house or at UTS and tailored to suit needs.
Participants will learn what they can do to reduce the risk of being sued for what they write, broadcast or release. The recent changes to defamation law, 'what is defamatory' and the 'defence against defamation' are covered in the workshop. The workshop is developed and delivered by a lawyer who specialises in media law and has broad experience in the arts and business administration fields.
