Ph3 - Business 3 Minute Thesis Competition

An event for Higher Degree Research students and staff

In this competition, PhD students have three minutes to present a compelling speech on their thesis topic and its significance, for cash prizes and the opportunity to progress.

The UTS Business School competition will be held on Tuesday 31 July 2012. The winner of this competition will then be chosen to compete in the UTS-wide competition on Wednesday 5 September 2012. One UTS representative will then be chosen to compete in the Trans-Tasman final on Thursday 11 October 2012 at the University of Queensland.

The UTS Business School winner will receive $500, the Runner-up $250, and the People’s Choice $250.

The UTS winner will receive $3,000 plus travel and accommodation costs funded by the University to attend the Trans-Tasman final. The UTS Runner-up and the People’s Choice winners will also receive $1,000 each.
