Professor Stephen Taylor Appointed Chair of BARDsNet
Please join us in congratulating Professor Stephen Taylor for his appointment to Chair of BARDsNet, the network of Associate Deans of Research in Australia and New Zealand business schools. This is a prestigious appointment in recognition of Steve’s own research reputation as well as his ability to lead research endeavours for the entire business education community.
Professor Jane Hall Awarded Inaugural Professional Award by Conference of the Health Services Association of Australia and New Zealand
We would like to extend our warm congratulations to Professor Jane Hall who was selected by the Conference of the Health Services Association of Australia and New Zealand for their inaugural Professional Award. This Award is made to a health services researcher who has:
- initiated a strong research agenda
- made an ongoing contribution to the profession of health services over many years
- mentored other researchers and contributed to a supportive research environment; and
- established a body of research as evidenced by research publications.
Jane is acknowledged to be outstanding in Australia and internationally on all these criteria, and the Chair of the Award Committee noted that there was one clear winner from the nominated researchers. This is a prestigious award, and a highly-deserved recognition of Jane's contribution to the field of health services research over many years.
