Biography
Charles Rice is an architectural historian, theorist and critic. He studied at the University of Queensland, the London Consortium (University of London), and the University of New South Wales. He is currently Associate Professor of Architecture, Director of Research Programs in the Faculty of Design, Architecture and Building and Director of the Centre for Contemporary Design Practice at the University of Technology Sydney. He has also taught history and theory at the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London. He has held a visiting research fellowship at Queen Mary, University of London, and has been invited to lecture at universities and cultural institutions internationally.
