The UTS Orientation period for the Autumn Semester 2012 is from 13 to 24 February. The formal part of the orientation program is an Official Welcome to UTS, and this includes an academic procession.
I have been sent an invitation to attend and ask hope that the Faculty will be well represented at this event. You can register to participate in the processions and indicate your availability and gowning requirements via the following form http://forms.uts.edu.au/index.cfm?FormId=256
This year there are six different Official Welcomes to select from. The online form has the dates and times on it.
Once you have completed the online form, a GSU representative will contact you to confirm your booking and gowning needs.
