Electroacoustic inaugural concert

Diffuse Concert series

Diffuse Season 1

Featuring bass clarinettist/clarinettist, Ros Dunlop and composer/sound artist/programmer, Jon Drummond, please join us for a concert of electroacoustic music, the inaugural in the 'diffuse' concert season of 2011.

These concerts explore the spirit of the new Bachelor of Sound and Music Design degree at UTS, it's research and casual staff, as well as featuring eminent guest performers and the UTS resident ensemble through an array of genres - experimentalism, contemporary repertoire, electronic, progressive, post-rock, classical, improvisation, chamber music, audio-visual, and interactive installation.

Season launch by Professor Theo van Leeuwen (Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences) and Associate Professor Paula Hamilton (Director of the Centre for Creative Practice and Cultural Economy research strength)
