Peak phosphorus: a threat to food?

Stuart White may have grown up on a sheep property in Western Australia, but you won't find a lamb roast on his kitchen table. The university professor's conversion from meat eater to vegetarian was driven by his concern about the use of natural resources a subject close to his heart as director of the Institute for Sustainable Futures at the University of Technology, Sydney. A focus of Mr White's work is peak phosphorus.
