Two studies – one into producing clean energy from almond waste, and the other into the potential of concentrated solar thermal technologies – will share more than $117,000 in funding from the Emerging Renewables Program... AUSTELA’s project aims to promote concentrated solar thermal technology by identifying the potential economic benefits of deploying the technology in the National Electricity Market, and the implications for electricity costs and carbon emissions.
