3-Minute Thesis

It’s the “3-Minute Thesis Competition”, where participants present their thesis topic in 3 minutes using only a single PowerPoint slide. Participants should also engage the audience without reducing research to entertainment value alone. Anyone who is active in a Master by Research or PhD is eligible to enter.

The winner will represent the Faculty in the UTS final with more cash prizes at stakes (winner gets $3000 and $1000 each for two runners-up, and also funding provided for travel and accommodation to the national event to be held in Perth at the end of September at the University of Western Australia.
