Lesley Page
The UTS Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Health congratulates Professor Lesley Page who has been elected to be the next president of the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) in the UK. Lesley is an Adjunct Professor of UTS and a visiting Professor at King's College London.
Lesley has practised as a midwife for over 32 years, in both community and hospitals in the UK and in Canada. She currently practices in Chipping Norton, Oxon, for the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust. The RCM is the voice of midwifery. The RCM is the UK’s only trade union, professional organisation led by midwives for midwives and those that support them. The vast majority of the midwifery profession are members.
