Tuesday 10 August saw the  launch of HIRO, the University's new system for hazard and incident reporting online.

HIRO replaces a paper-based system and will provide an easier, faster way to report and investigate hazards and incidents. If you see a hazard or an incident, simply report it online. For further information about HIRO, please refer to the HIRO Support page on the Safety & Wellbeing website or email safetyandwellbeing@uts.edu.au.

Please note: the old paper Accident/Incident Report forms will no longer be accepted from 10 August 2010.

To help promote HIRO we are distributing coffee cups to key groups of staff who actively promote safety and wellbeing at UTS.
