International Scientific Acupuncture and Meridian Symposium (ISAMS) 2012

The International Scientific Acupuncture and Meridian Symposium (ISAMS) 2012 (opens an external site) will convene on the 5-7th October 2012 at the University of Technology, Sydney.

ISAMS 2012 is an international conference that aims to showcase the “cutting edge” of acupuncture research and is an event not to be missed!

This year’s theme is “Moving Acupuncture Research Forward - Issues and Solutions” with several themed streams highlighting the different methods and approaches associated with acupuncture research. These streams include clinical, mechanistic, public health, integrative and qualitative research.

Presenters from Korea, China, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, USA, UK, Norway and Sweden as well as several notable local speakers will present their views on how to increase and broaden the evidence base for acupuncture as well as highlight their recent research.
